ABOUT OUR HERBAL BLENDS:

MAJOR PRECAUTIONS SHOULD BE TAKEN IF YOU ARE PREGNANT OR BREAST FEEDING!

MAJOR PRECAUTIONS SHOULD BE TAKEN WITH INFANTS!

Our TEA blends are pleasant tasting and have been formulated according to Cherokee Tradition of "The Rule of Opposites" and the medicine of the Four Directions.  When blended respect is extended to Earth Mother and our Planthelpers with prayer, in order to receive their assistance in our healing.

They have been blended to be effective and compatible with most other foods and drugs.  Any blend that is not compatible will have a precaution on the label.  Please read the labels of each blend carefully.

We strongly encourage educating yourself in the cause and effect of any herbs or teas you decide to incorporate in your diet.  Herbs are a very powerful gift from Mother Earth.  Some herbs should not be taken internally. Many can be toxic if not used moderately and many can induce side effects.  It is a good practice to become familiar with all precautions and effects of anything that is taken internally.  Including any food, herb or drug.  Allergic reactions can occur with any product we choose to use.

Contact your physician if you are ill.  In no way do we endorse replacing appropriate medical treatment with our products.   Nor do we endorse self diagnosis for any difficulty you may be having.

We have formulated our blends with your safety in mind, choosing herbs that are known to have little side effects or are mild but effective.  All of our herbal blends have been tested in a small market in order to gauge any cause and effect.

TOPICAL BLENDS: Please remember that your skin absorbs.  Any herbs used topically or as a bath tea are absorbed through the skin. Certain precautions should be taken.

We hope you enjoy our herbal products and find them as rewarding as we have.

Sometimes herbal teas are not pleasant tasting.
We believe if it doesn't taste good, we won't be consistent in consuming what is good for us.

SO... We have blended all of our teas to be pleasant and tasty at the least. We think our teas are yummy and rewarding!  Everyone seems to be pleasantly surprised that this is not a painful way to heal.

We suggest you brew the teas by the quart and place in the frig.  This makes it easy to enjoy a glass of iced tea or pop a cup in the microwave in the evening.  It encourages consistency in our home.

The only acception might be Estro T.. it contains the bitter herb .. Black Cohosh.  We have added lots of peppermint and green tea to off set this.  We enjoy this blend, and it is tasty, but this one will probably need a sweeting agent.

Also, our Shed-um Plus is wonderful tasting, but because of the Bladderwrack, it cannot sit more than one day or only overnight in the frig.  The Bladderwrack can begin to get a bit fishy tasting ...and gets stronger as it sits.  If you are brewing our teas by the quart, you might want to brew enough of this blend for today and tomorrow and then brew another pot.
