International Orders - Please read carefully before you place your order with us.

We are happy to support our International interests and orders.

There are higher shipping costs involved with shipping packages internationally.  There are also restrictions in tracking packages that are shipped internationally that have require us to have a stated policy regarding refunds and lost packages.

Our International Policy:

We use USPS to ship Global Priority. We are unable to guarantee or track a package once it leaves the United States.

We carry insurance on all packages shipping internationally, however are not allowed to insure shipping costs incurred. 

Due to these restrictions please be informed that we will not guarantee delivery of any international package.  If we can track it and determine that an error in a delivery is due to our USPS service, your order may be replaced or a refund issued, at our discretion. 

If the package has been tracked and has left the US in good condition we can only issue a refund for the amount of your purchase.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.
