MEDITATIONS YOU CAN DO YOURSELF



These Meditations are designed to assist you in accessing your higher consiousness in order to promote physical, spiritual and emotional healing.  They have been written in script format so you can read and record your very own meditation choosing your favorite relaxing music as a background.

These Meditations have been developed and produced by LittleLizard Productions.  We trust you will use these meditations for your personal enjoyment and growth.

You will need to begin any of these meditation selections when you will not be disturbed and when you are well rested.
Dress Comfortably.  You may want to do this meditation sitting in an upright position, back straight and your feet flat on the floor or you may want to try a recliner or even lay flat on the bed.  I believe comfort is very important for total relaxation and enjoyment of a meditation.  We suggest your comfort, but not so comfortable that you may drift off to sleep.
We suggest relaxing music as a background for meditation.  Some of The Little Shoppe's favorites are "Garden of Serenity Series" and "Liquid Mind Series".
Ocean sounds, chimes, soft guitar, nature sounds are all very good for these meditation selections.

We also suggest dim lighting, preferably candlelight.  One white and one black for balance.  Lavendar oil placed on the brow and throat chakra is also a common practice before a meditation at The Little Shoppe to assist in relaxation. 

Burn a touch of white sage to cleanse your meditation area of any negativity and now enjoy the Sacred Space you have created.

You may find you'll want to visit this Sacred Space you've created often.  We suggest at least 3 times a week.  You won't regret the results.
